Research & Development

CUSTOM Group invests 10% of the value of its annual revenue in the R&D activities, steadily releasing new products for leading market-specific forward-looking trends.

CUSTOM turnkey products and solutions are developed In-House – starting from the pioneering idea to the design of the electronics, the mechanics, till the development of the software suites.

50% of the human resources is composed by very specialized engineers which are involved in technical activities such as the research, the testing, the quality process, the certification and 2 levels of technical support.

CUSTOM Group history spans more than 18 years, through its technical know-how Custom creates products and solutions “on demand”.


CUSTOM Group filed about 10 international patents on printers and scanners supporting the technological innovation and achieving for that the MIUR (Award from the Italian Ministry of Research and Technological Innovation).

Since 1998 Custom is Quality ISO9000 certified and since 2003 is VISION 2000 (ISO 9000:2000) compliant.
